Prysmian Group in Milan is seeking a proactive professional for the Organization Development & Workforce Planning Team to manage labor cost planning and organizational design initiatives. You will provide data-driven insights and support cost analysis across headcount and structure to drive efficiency and decision making.

• Proven experience in the field.

• Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting, providing actionable workforce insights and people analytics to support business decision-making and enable data-driven actions and process optimization.
• Support the monthly actual vs budget analysis for both headcount and labor costs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate new team member to join the Organization Development & Workforce Planning Team. This role will focus on planning and controlling activities related to labor costs, as well as on key organizational topics, ensuring a fully integrated approach between workforce planning and organizational design.

Your Role

Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting, providing actionable workforce insights and people analytics to support business decision-making and enable data-driven actions and process optimization. Support the monthly actual vs budget analysis for both headcount and labor costs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. Conduct cost analyses combining headcount, labor cost dynamics, and organizational structure, highlighting key drivers and trends.
