We are looking for a passionate new team member to join the Organization Development & Workforce Planning Team. This role will focus on planning and controlling activities related to labor costs, as well as on key organizational topics, ensuring a fully integrated approach between workforce planning and organizational design.
Prepare monthly Strategic People Metrics reporting, providing actionable workforce insights and people analytics to support business decision-making and enable data-driven actions and process optimization. Support the monthly actual vs budget analysis for both headcount and labor costs, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. Conduct cost analyses combining headcount, labor cost dynamics, and organizational structure, highlighting key drivers and trends. Monitor Inclusion & Equity KPIs and contribute to the preparation of the Sustainability Report, ensuring alignment with CSRD requirements. Support the design and implementation of organizational projects, collaborating with business, regions, and functions to define and implement solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
