Vector Renewables is seeking a Project Engineer for the Technical Advisory team in Italy, based in Milan. The role focuses on technical due diligence for wind energy projects, desktop analyses, and coordinating with multidisciplinary colleagues, with some on-site visits and travel.
The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 5+ years in wind energy, experience in project development and due diligence, and proficiency in WindPro, WindSim, WAsP and PVsyst.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MSc preferred.
- 5+ years in wind energy, engineering or consultancy.
- Experience in project development, due diligence, and wind/ PV assessments.
Mansioni
- Lead technical due diligence for wind energy projects under development, construction, or operation.
- Perform site visits to assess terrain, constraints, and risks for project execution and operation.
- Monitor projects under construction to detect deviations and issues affecting schedule or performance.
- Conduct site visits to operating projects to identify issues impacting long-term operation.
