Vector Renewables in Milan is seeking a highly motivated trainee to join the Italy Technical Advisory team. The role supports independent technical advisory services for utility-scale renewable energy projects from development through operation.

You will work under senior engineers, contributing to reviews, due diligence, and project finance assessments for international clients. The position is based in Milan, full-time, and designed for a fixed-term internship with exposure to wind, PV, and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MSc considered a plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in Italian and English.
• Strong analytical skills and proactive problem solving.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; travel occasionally within Italy.

Mansioni

• Support review of technical documentation and design packages.
• Assist in Technical Due Diligence for Project Finance and M&A.
• Support energy yield assessments from wind and solar data.
• Review civil, electrical,mechanical design for compliance.
• Contribute to grid connection reviews and project reporting.
