Harbor Freight Tools in Piemonte, Italy is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator I to oversee day-to-day operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. The role emphasizes learning, initiative, and clear communication with colleagues, vendors, and international partners.

You will perform duties such as inbound receiving, forklift operation, data entry, cycle counts, and ensuring safety and accuracy across the warehouse.

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator I is responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Additional responsibilities include making deliveries, answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and maintaining a safe and clean work area. The role requires a solid understanding of warehousing, distribution, and logistics, with an emphasis on learning, initiative, and effective communication with colleagues, vendors, and international counterparts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound delivery and receiving of shipments.
• Unload freight trucks.
• Retrieve pallets and stored products and equipment.
• Label products and packages.
• Pull and deliver inventory items.
• Monitor the ticketing system for pick requests.

The anticipated rate for this position is $20.00 per hour depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. Associates can accrue paid sick time up to 64 hours per year unless otherwise required by law. The Company observes 100 hours of paid holiday time.
