STMicroelectronics Italy is seeking a candidate to join the wet processes and surface treatment team. You will assist in daily activities, help start up new tools, and ensure correct product processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration across engineering, quality and manufacturing to optimize processes and yields. The position requires a technical degree, strong analytical skills, and good English proficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in material science, physics, chemistry, engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Assist in daily activity of the wet processes and surface treatment team.
• Start up new tools and ensure correct processing of products.
• Develop and optimize wet cleaning and surface preparation processes for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with device engineering, process integration, quality, maintenance and manufacturing teams.
• Prepare process documentation and validation protocols for manufacturing use.
• Troubleshoot to achieve process qualification, yield improvement and reduce variability.
