KIKO MILANO is seeking a Web Designer Intern to join the Brand Department, within the Graphic Team, reporting to the Digital & Web Design Senior Manager. The role offers hands-on experience in digital design for a global beauty brand, creating digital assets across websites, apps, social media, marketplaces, and other touchpoints.

• Basic video editing skills a plus.
• Fluent in English; strong collaboration and organizational skills.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Web Designer Intern to join KIKO MILANO's Brand Department, within the Graphic Team, reporting to the Digital & Web Design Senior Manager.

This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in digital design within a global beauty brand, supporting the creation of digital assets across multiple channels and learning how to translate KIKO MILANO's visual identity into engaging online experiences.

The selected candidate will support the Web Design Team in creating and adapting digital content for websites, apps, social media, marketplaces, and other digital touchpoints, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

In particular, you will:

• Support the creation of digital graphic assets for promotional campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives across web and digital channels.
• Assist in the preparation of communication decks and digital presentations for campaigns and projects.
• Support franchise partners in adapting digital materials in line with KIKO MILANO brand guidelines.
• Contribute to the creation and adaptation of graphic content for social media, PR activities, marketplaces, and digital platforms.
• Support the team in the implementation and update of website and app materials, ensuring consistency with approved designs.
• Organize design files and maintain accurate information required for content uploads on the DAM platform.
• Collaborate with designers and cross‑functional teams to ensure the correct delivery and organization of digital assets.
• Learn and contribute to the development of engaging digital experiences aligned with KIKO MILANO's visual identity.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital design principles and visual communication.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Bridge, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma and digital design platforms.
• Basic video editing skills would be a plus.
• Interest in AI generative tools and creative content creation.
• Familiarity with presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
