KIKO MILANO, based in Italy, seeks an EU Regulatory Affairs Intern to join its Scientific Department. You will support product development with regulatory activities and ensure cosmetic compliance across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes drafting checks, updating regulatory documentation, and learning to monitor authorizations. Fluency in Italian and English, plus strong Office skills, are expected.

• Bachelor/Master in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or Chemistry.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an EU Regulatory Affairs Intern to join KIKO MILANO’s Scientific Department Team, reporting to the Regulatory Team.

Such talent supports the team in ensuring cosmetic product compliance with European regulations and regulatory requirements throughout the product development lifecycle.

In particular, you will:

• Collaborate in the regulatory activities required by product development
• Check the drafting and correctness of technical documentation required by legislation within established timelines
• Learn how to ensure the compliance of cosmetic products with European legislation and related updates
• Keep the Regulatory IT Database updated according to product development status
• Learn how to fill in and monitor the status of regulatory authorizations
• Support the collection and evaluation of documentation, specifications and compliance-related information

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor/Master in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology or Chemistry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
