Utmost Luxembourg S.A. is seeking a Sales Support specialist to assist Sales Managers by conducting research, preparing meeting records, and coordinating documentation for the Lux market. The role requires close collaboration with Italian and Luxembourg teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will support onboarding, manage marketing materials, and ensure smooth administrative workflows while maintaining discretion and a client-focused approach. A dynamic, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI, Meet and Gemini.
• Adaptable and able to work in a challenging, dynamic environment.
• Team player with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Discreet and professional with data handling.

Mansioni

• Arrange analysis/research through public data about new applicants.
• Serve as note taker and prepare meeting records with partners.
• Act as spokesperson for Sales Managers with various teams in Lux.
• Liaise between PCS Italy and Sales Managers.
• Prepare marketing kit and fill Utmost Lux documentation.
• Assist Sales Managers during onboarding and maintenance phases.
• Keep track of surrenders and update on blockers.
