Deliveroo is recruiting a Warehouse Site Leader (Capoturno) for a fixed-term role at our Hop site in Italy. You will supervise daily operations, ensuring on-time order picking, coordination with riders, and accurate inventory counts.

The role requires fluent Italian and a willingness to work 40 hours per week in a fast-moving environment. Basic English is a plus and you will lead a small team while maintaining a safe, tidy site.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian is mandatory; basic English is a plus.
• Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Hourly flexibility to cover shifts.
• Willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week.
• Experience in achieving targets.

Mansioni

• Supervise that all orders are picked up on time.
• Manage store openings and closures.
• Communicate with riders to ensure prompt deliveries.
• Manage shipping area and support packaging of orders.
• Ensure deliveries are scanned and complaints recorded.
• Verify inventory accuracy and proper rotation.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to ensure proper site function.
• Keep the warehouse clean and address hazards promptly.
