Deliveroo is seeking a Warehouse Site Leader/Capoturno for a fixed-term assignment at our Italian Hop site. You will supervise that orders are picked up on time, manage openings and closures, coordinate with riders, and ensure shipping, scanning, and inventory accuracy.

You will work with the Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager, keep the site clean, and address hazards, with a 40-hour week and Italian language requirements.

Competenze

• Fluent Italian is mandatory.
• Basic English is a Nice-to-have.
• Hourly flexibility.
• Willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week.
• Experience in achieving targets.

Mansioni

• Supervise that all orders are picked up on time.
• Manage store openings and closures
• Communicate with our riders to make sure deliveries are made promptly.
• Manage the shipping area and support the packaging of delivery orders to be sent to our customers.
• Ensure that all deliveries are scanned and that any appropriate complaints are recorded.
• Empty deliveries according to the procedure, paying attention to the accuracy of the positions of the products and the rotation of the dates.
• Ensure that inventory counts are accurate and that all areas are counted.
• Collaborate with our Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager to ensure the proper functioning of the site.
• Ensure that the warehouse remains clean and tidy at all times and that any hazards are addressed promptly.
