Moncler Group is seeking a Warehouse Service Provider Operations Specialist based in Castel San Giovanni (PC). The role sits in the HQ logistics team, performing data analysis and KPI reporting to ensure consistent execution of logistics operations across the organization.

You will participate in optimizing operational processes, manage relationships with logistics partners, execute customer orders, and support ERP transactions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar required.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with a hands-on approach.
• Strong problem solving and results focus.
• Good communication, attention to detail and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Mansioni

• Data analysis and reporting of main logistics KPIs.
• Participation in optimization of operational processes and improvement of warehouse SOPs.
• Managing relationships with logistics partners to ensure service level compliance through daily monitoring of inbound and outbound flows at warehouses.
• Execution of customer orders for both raw materials and finished products.
• Support and execution of transactions in the ERP (delivery notes, invoices, etc).
• Accurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports.
