Moncler in Castel San Giovanni (PC) is seeking a Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist to join the Transport Operations Team. The role focuses on sourcing activities for transportation services and contract management across TMS systems, with emphasis on KPI-driven performance and data analysis.

The candidate should have 3+ years in multinational settings, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, English fluency, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

• At least 3 years of experience in structured multinational organizations, preferably within luxury & fashion contexts.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Support and develop administrative processes (e.g., cost accounting process management and invoice control) and contract management across TMS and other company systems.

Overview

For our Logistics Strategic Planning & Integration Department, we are looking for a Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist to join the Transport Operations Team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).

Your Impact

The Transport Service Provider Operations Specialist will support Worldwide Transport Management in sourcing activities for transportation services.

In particular, the resource will be responsible for:

• Manage relationships with Carriers/Transport Service Providers regarding contract maintenance and appendices, through business reviews and operational interactions.
• Support and develop administrative processes (e.g., cost accounting process management and invoice control) and contract management across TMS and other company systems.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure compliance with service and financial agreements defined with Transport Service Providers, as well as with function objectives.
