Job Overview

The Warehouse Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing daily last‑mile delivery warehouse activities. This role focuses on ensuring parcels are received, sorted, and dispatched accurately and on time, with strong emphasis on delivery efficiency and meeting strict performance KPIs. The specialist ensures smooth warehouse processes that directly support on‑time delivery and overall service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound parcel flow, ensuring timely sorting, staging, and dispatch of delivery routes.
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including on‑time dispatch, delivery accuracy, and sorting efficiency.
  • Supervise warehouse activities to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing delivery lead time and enhancing service quality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or last‑mile delivery operations.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse workflows (inbound, sorting, outbound dispatch).
  • Results‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed delivery efficiency and time‑based KPIs.
