Oterra is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to lead the Canossa warehouse and Parma logistics office. You will drive safe, high-quality operations while aligning inventory with ERP systems and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

You will manage teams across warehousing and logistics, ensuring efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance in coordination with other functions. Fluency in English and Italian as native language is required.

Competenze

• University degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or related careers.
• Fluent English; Italian native language.
• Experience coordinating warehouse and logistic teams.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS and SAP.
• Experience with Lean, TPM or Six Sigma and KPIs.
• Support budget, inventory and performance management.

Mansioni

• Lead and optimize Canossa warehouse team, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency while complying with policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Freight and Quality to achieve logistics objectives.
• Develop and manage teams to drive continuous improvement projects and participate in HACCP activities.
• Align physical inventory with ERP system and oversee annual stock count.
• Monitor KPI like OTIF, inventory accuracy and cost per unit; implement corrective actions as needed.
