Meliá Hotels International in Milano seeks a guest-focused hospitality professional to deliver courteous service, ensure correct presentation of dishes, and enhance the dining experience. You will know the menu, follow service steps, and actively engage with guests to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.

The role requires Italian fluency and English knowledge, a friendly and proactive attitude, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Mission : Responsible for providing appropriate and courteous service. Complies at all times with quality standards and pays special attention to customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are presented correctly before being delivered to customers in order to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, and earn their recognition and preference for hotel services.

The position can be classified from level D1 to level C2 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level D1: €1.556,99 gross monthly; level C3: €1.621,40 gross monthly; level C2: €1.726,99 gross monthly).
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between €21.797,86 and €24.177,86, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
