Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished senior technology leader in Milan to steer Engineering, Product, and Design across a 50-person org. You’ll shape an integrated technology strategy serving patients and therapists, translating priorities into clear roadmaps while balancing clinical impact, business value, and scalability.

You’ll lead in a regulated, data-sensitive environment, guiding architecture decisions, governance, and a high-performing, low-ego culture focused on customer-centered

Competenze

Significant leadership experience within Engineering or Technology, with meaningful responsibility for Product and cross-functional product development organisations.
Strong technical foundation and credibility, including understanding architecture, challenging technical decisions, and evaluating technology trade-offs.
Strong product judgement, balancing customer value, business priorities, engineering sustainability, and execution speed.
Track record of delivering successful digital products and scaling technology organisations in high-growth environments.
Experience in regulated or highly trust-sensitive environments such as healthcare, fintech, or other data-sensitive platforms highly valued.
Proven experience leading and developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and evolving organisations as they scale.
