Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is looking for Voice Recording Specialists to help train AI by recording natural speech samples. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with a flexible schedule and no need for voice acting experience. You will contribute from a quiet environment and record on your own time.

You will read scripts, respond to prompts, and record both scripted and open-ended conversations. Independent work and consistent submissions are expected, with 10–40 hours per week.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to conversational prompts
• Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture a range of speech patterns
• Ensure recordings are clean, clear, and free from background noise and interference
• Complete metadata forms that describe and categorize each recording session
• Participate in both scripted reading sessions and open-ended conversational recordings
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are
