Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is looking for Voice Recording Specialists to help train AI by recording natural speech samples. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with a flexible schedule and no need for voice acting experience. You will contribute from a quiet environment and record on your own time.

You will read scripts, respond to prompts, and record both scripted and open-ended conversations. Independent work and consistent submissions are expected, with 10–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and prompts.
• Vary tone, pacing, and delivery to capture different speech patterns.
• Ensure recordings are clean with minimal background noise.
• Complete metadata forms describing each recording session.
• Participate in scripted readings and open-ended conversational prompts.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
