indigo.ai is seeking a Software Engineer, Voice to own the real-time voice layer of our AI Agents. You will shape how conversations sound on real phone lines, moving from reliable to human-sounding interactions.

The role is a specialist, end-to-end ownership position reporting to the Chief Product Development Officer as the first full-time engineer dedicated to voice within our Product Engineering team.

• End-to-end ownership: architecture, model and provider choices, latency budget, and natural-feel of conversations.
