Music & Lights Srl is seeking a creative multimedia content contributor to support the marketing team from our Minturno HQ. You will develop graphics, images and video for digital campaigns, international trade shows and live streams, and help grow the brand across channels.

This role offers growth with increasing responsibility, occasional travel for events and a collaborative environment to refine visual storytelling and brand presence.

Competenze

• Strong motivation to learn and interest in visual design, communication and the brand and its industry.
• Knowledge of the main graphic and video editing software (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; editing tools) and the ability to work with a solid design method.
• Basic knowledge of photography, video shooting and editing.
• Professional command of AI tools supporting content production (e.g. Claude Design).
• Good command of English (B1 level).
• Basic IT skills: Microsoft Office and email, with confidence in the digital environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate in a team.

About The Role

You will be based at our HQ in Minturno (LT), within the marketing team, and will create multimedia content - graphics, images, video and web pages - to support digital marketing campaigns, international trade shows and live streaming. The goal is to strengthen the brand's presence in the digital space and beyond. It is a role designed for growth, with progressively increasing responsibility. Occasional travel is expected for trade shows, events and on-site visits to capture content on location.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic content for digital marketing campaigns, social media and the various communication channels using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Prepare print-ready files: trade show materials, promotional items and packaging.
• Shoot and edit video and photographic content for social media, the website and campaigns, handling filming, editing and basic colour work.
• Support the creation and updating of web pages and landing pages for product launches and campaigns.
• Contribute to the production of live streams and events, taking care of the visual assets.
• Use generative AI tools (e.g. Claude Design) to speed up the production of drafts, variants and visual content.
• Work with the marketing team to maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all channels.

Requirements

• Strong motivation to learn and interest in visual design, communication and the brand and its industry.
• Knowledge of the main graphic and video editing software (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; editing tools) and the ability to work with a solid design method.

  • 3D modelling and rendering (Blender preferred).

  Contract and compensation

  • Contract: fixed-term contract, converting to a permanent contract after 12 months.
  • Classification: CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, livello C1.
  • Compensation: RAL from €26,300 to €28,500 gross per year over 13 mensilità, with professional growth prospects based on commitment and skills.
