Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in high-end hospitality; VIP/concierge background preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with guests.
• Polished appearance and ability to thrive in luxury service environments.
• Basic IT proficiency including MS Office.
