The University of Notre Dame Rome seeks a Rector to lead the Villa Residence, living in residence with students and guiding the Living Learning Community. You will oversee administration, community leadership, and pastoral care, reporting to the Director for Student Programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in related fields, and fluency in English and Italian, with eligibility to work in Italy. This is a full-time position with a 6-month term and potential extension.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 2 years in pastoral ministry, education, student personnel or counseling.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Italian.
• Experience living in Rome or Italy preferred.
• Ability to legally work and live in Italy at application time.

Mansioni

• Serve as Chief Administrator for Villa Residence, managing staff and operations.
• Act as Community Leader to foster a welcoming, diverse student community.
• Provide Pastoral leadership, planning Catholic worship and pastoral care.
• Serve as a University Resource, coordinating wellbeing responses and liaising with campus offices.
• Develop programming, budgets, and communications to support students in Rome.
