Job summary

Société Générale Insurance in Italy recherche un(e) Analyste IT junior en VIE à Milan pour intégrer l’équipe IT et prendre en charge les activités quotidiennes liées à l’installation, au support et à la gestion d’infrastructures.

Vous contribuerez à la gestion des comptes, à la préparation des équipements et à la coordination avec les équipes support, tout en développant vos compétences IT et en découvrant le métier de l’assurance.

Qualifications

• Diplôme récent en informatique ou ingénierie informatique.
• Anglais courant requis.
• Une première expérience dans un rôle similaire est un plus.
• Connaissance du secteur de l’assurance appréciée.

Responsibilities

• Intégrer et configurer l’environnement de travail des nouveaux collaborateurs.
• Préparer l’équipement et livrer les matériels.
• Premier niveau de support (HD1) et liaison avec les équipes support.
• Gérer les demandes de départ et le renouvellement du matériel.
• Maintenir l’inventaire et les documents réseau/diagrams.
• Suivre les projets d’infrastructure (SDWAN, obsolescence).
• Mettre à jour les diagrammes et documentations réseau (VPN, sFTP, Proxy).
