TEXA S.p.A. is seeking a Vehicle Dynamics Control Engineer for lateral and longitudinal control to join its office in Bologna (BO). This role covers the full development lifecycle from concept to pre-tuning on production vehicles.

Key responsibilities include EBD-related controls and advanced braking dynamics, with hands-on calibration and validation using ETAS INCA. The position offers full-time employment with corporate welfare benefits and a competitive salary range.

Competenze

• Proven experience in the complete development lifecycle, from concept definition to pre-tuning, for at least one production vehicle.
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for Model-Based Development (MBD), including control algorithm modeling, simulation activities, and automatic code generation.

Mansioni

• Develop vehicle dynamics control functions for lateral and longitudinal motion from concept to pre-tuning on production vehicles.
• Calibrate and validate ECU using ETAS INCA on production vehicles.

TEXA S.p.A. is looking for a Vehicle Dynamics Control Engineer – Lateral & Longitudinal Control to join its office in Bologna (BO). The candidate will be responsible for the development of vehicle dynamics control functions for lateral and longitudinal motion, covering the complete development lifecycle from concept definition to pre-tuning on production vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

• Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD); All-Wheel Drive (AWD); Torque Vectoring (TV) / Braking Torque Vectoring (bTV); Traction Control System (TCS) / Braking Traction Control System (bTCS); Drag Torque Control (DTC); Electronic Stability Program (ESP); Anti-lock Braking System (ABS); Regenerative Braking.

Required Technical Skills

• Proven experience in the complete development lifecycle, from concept definition to pre-tuning, for at least one production vehicle. Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for Model-Based Development (MBD) , including: control algorithm modeling; simulation activities; automatic code generation.
• Hands-on experience with ETAS INCA for: ECU calibration; parameter tuning; measurement acquisition; on-vehicle validation and testing.
