Job summary

Vactor Mfg. Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate CNC machining centers (mills and lathes), set up, program, and inspect parts.

You will learn processes such as drilling, reaming, tapping, milling, boring and turning, read blueprints, and work with precision measuring tools to ensure quality. This full-time role requires at least 2 years of CNC experience, willingness to work overtime, and a commitment to safety and clean, organized workspaces. Relocation assistance is not offered.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 2 years CNC machine operation experience.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Able to operate conventional machines, such as, but not limited to: engine lathe, Bridgeport, turret lathe, and radial drill press.
• Able to learn CNC programming software.
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in prolonged postures (bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, standing, and squatting) while performing all job tasks.
