Magic Engineering, part of Magicmotorsport's group, is seeking a UX Designer to place the user at the center of product development in a multidisciplinary team.

Join the Product & Service Design team to lead user research, synthesize insights, and guide design decisions. The role offers a hybrid work model, a starting gross salary of €30,000 per year, and potential for long-term growth based on performance.

Competenze

• Proven UX research experience with interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Ability to design and synthesize insights to inform product decisions.
• Experience applying AI to improve research workflows.
• Strong understanding of design processes and information architectures.
