Magic Engineering, part of Magicmotorsport's group, is seeking a UX Designer to place the user at the center of product development in a multidisciplinary team.

Join the Product & Service Design team to lead user research, synthesize insights, and guide design decisions. The role offers a hybrid work model, a starting gross salary of €30,000 per year, and potential for long-term growth based on performance.

Magic Engineering, leveraging the experience and innovation developed through Magicmotorsport, is looking for a UX Designer ready to bring the user’s voice to the center of product development. Role Overview

As a UX Designer, you will actively contribute to user research activities, playing a key role in the development of Magic Engineering’s products and services.

You will join the Product & Service Design team and support its work by providing clear, actionable insights and bringing the voice of users into the heart of the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive research activities to support the evolution of products and services
• Collaborate on qualitative and quantitative research activities, turning data and observations into meaningful insights for the team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Designers, Project Managers and Product Owner to inform design and product decisions
• Validate processes and requirements through research, contributing to solid project foundations and the development of effective solutions
• Ensure alignment between product direction, business goals, and user needs
• Promote and foster a human-centered culture across the organization

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• UX Research expertise: ability to design and conduct interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, turning findings into actionable product insights
• Experience applying artificial intelligence to improve research workflows and support product setup
• Strong methodological foundation: solid understanding of product design processes and product setup
• Design definition skills: experience in building complex information architectures, user flows, and analysis tools such as customer journeys, empathy maps, shadowing, and usability testing
• Solid experience with research & analytics tools such as MixPanel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and other analytics platforms, as well as collaboration tools like FigJam, Miro, or Mural
• Agile mindset: familiarity with Agile environments and ability to work iteratively within cross-functional teams

Job Offer

• Initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with concrete possibility of a long-term position based on achieved results and overall performance
• The gross annual salary starts from €30.000 and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, and overall professional profile
• Hybrid working model available after the first 6 months of onboarding
