Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Resort Beverage Manager for Naples Grande Beach Resort. Lead beverage strategy across all venues, manage budgets, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This role oversees program development, inventory, vendor relations, and compliance to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership, advanced knowledge of beverage operations, and a proven track record in luxury hospitality settings.

Competenze

• 5+ years of progressive beverage management experience.
• Luxury hotel, resort, restaurant group, or multi-outlet beverage leadership experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Certified Sommelier, WSET, BarSmarts, Court of Master Sommeliers, or similar certifications preferred.

• Develop and oversee the resort-wide beverage strategy across all outlets.
• Create unique beverage identities for each venue while aligning with brand standards.
• Design and implement cocktail, wine, beer, spirits, coffee, non-alcoholic, and seasonal programs.
