Zucchetti UK Ltd is seeking a hands-on Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth of Inrecruiting in the UK market. You’ll own the full cycle from lead generation to closing, working with our Italian HQ and UK team to deliver tailored solutions for SMBs, mid-market companies, and recruitment agencies.

Aufgaben

Market Development: identify, qualify, and engage new business opportunities within the UK (mainly SMBs, mid‑market companies, and recruitment agencies).
Sales Cycle Ownership: manage the full sales process, from lead generation to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Pre‑Sales Activities: present product demos, understand client needs, and translate them into tailored solutions.
Post‑Sales Support: ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction, collaborating with the Italian Customer Support and Technical teams.
Partnership Development: identify potential resellers or partners in the HR Tech ecosystem (recruitment platforms, job boards, HR consultancies).
Market Intelligence: collect feedback from prospects and clients to inform product improvements and go-to‑market strategies.
Reporting: maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.
