Job summary

Heritage Holdings in Milan or London is seeking a Client Portfolio Reporting Associate to join the Central Reporting Team. You will supervise and report on UHNW client wealth, ensuring data consistency between the data aggregation platform and bank sources, tracing and reconciling events affecting portfolios.

You will work with Relationship Managers, Data Analysts and Technology to automate data flows, load transactions, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• 2-5 years' experience in portfolio reporting, wealth management, or related fields.
• Solid knowledge of representing multiple asset classes in client reports.
• Strong ability to interpret account statements and bank reports.
• Excellent Excel skills and unit-level data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Own monitoring and data consistency of the client's wealth across asset classes and custodians.
• Resolve inconsistencies between bank transactions and our platform and report outputs.
• Represent complex instruments in client reporting.
• Capture reporting requirements in client meetings and translate into dashboard/report changes.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day use of the data aggregation platform; ensure smooth client experience.
• Coordinate with Data Analysts to review outputs for accuracy and proper representation.
• Liaise with banks and asset/fund managers to interpret instruments for reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to automate data flow between banks and our platform.
• Contribute to loading and validation of transactions during onboarding.
