Heritage Holdings in Milan (Italy) is seeking a Client Portfolio Reporting Associate to join our Central Reporting Team. The role focuses on portfolio monitoring, data consistency across data sources, and producing client reports for UHNW portfolios.

You will work with Relationship Managers and Technology teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Finance or Economics (or related) and 2–5 years in portfolio reporting or wealth management, with strong

Competenze

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines.
2-5 years' experience in portfolio reporting, wealth management, or related fields.
Ability to explain instrument representation in client reports and why.
Strong ability to read and interpret account statements and wealth reports.
Experience with cash and debt position reconciliation.
Fluency in English and French; travel availability.

Mansioni

Own data consistency and monitoring of the client's wealth across asset classes.
Act as the reference point for reporting activities and resolve inconsistencies.
Represent complex instruments in client reporting.
Capture requirements in client conversations and translate to reporting changes.
Support onboarding and day-to-day use of our data platform.
Coordinate with Data Analysts and ensure accurate outputs.
Engage with banks and managers to interpret instruments.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to automate data flow.
Contribute to loading and validating transactions during onboarding.
