Hitachi Rail is seeking a motivated Site Supervisor to lead construction site activities in Turin, with nationwide travel across Italy. You will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensure safety compliance with the PSC/POS plans, and align with project specifications to keep timelines and costs on track.

The role requires a technical diploma or engineering-related degree, fluent Italian, and willingness to travel.

Competenze

Experience supervising sites, preferably in railway or construction.
Strong knowledge of safety rules incl. Legislative Decree 81/08.
Experience managing contractors and subcontractors.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and project specifications.
Willingness to travel nationally across Italy.

Mansioni

Plan and organize site setup, workflow, and scheduling (weekly/monthly).
Coordinate personnel and subcontractors to ensure safe operations.
Ensure compliance with Safety Plan (PSC) and Operational Safety Plan (POS).
Liaise with Site Manager, monitor execution per project specs, and manage relations with suppliers.
Monitor quality and environmental compliance, and oversee progress reporting (SAL).
