Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to advance our Trust & Safety initiatives in Milan or remotely within eligible regions. You will work across product and engineering to embed safety into features, monitor emerging threats, and handle critical escalations with care.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Enhance user safety. Monitor emerging threats, abuse patterns, and relevant regulatory developments at scale- ensuring they are effectively reflected in products used by millions.
• Implement our Trust & Safety framework. Adapt general best practices to product-specific risks and needs, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to embed safety into features and workflows.
• Cooperate with moderation teams. Ensure clarity on evolving policies and streamline moderation processes, personally handling critical or sensitive escalations whenever necessary.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typically, we offer candidates with limited experience an annual salary of £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe. Those with highly relevant experience typically receive between £56,345 and £85,797 in London and between €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.

Location

Milan (Italy), Madrid (Spain), Warsaw (Poland), or fully remote from eligible countries.
