Bending Spoons is seeking a hands-on operations professional in Milan to support cross-functional initiatives across geographies. You’ll prepare investor materials, manage vendor relations, plan offsites, and untangle cross-border logistics, contributing to high-impact projects.

You’ll leverage AI and automation to make workflows faster and more accurate, collaborate with business units to understand rhythms, and help scale our processes while upholding our high standards and ambitious pace.

This is a hands‑on role with real breadth. Depending on the team you support, your day could look like preparing materials for an investor meeting, managing vendor relationships, planning an offsite, or untangling a cross-border logistics challenge.

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Support work that spans functions, geographies, and challenges that don't always have a playbook.
• Handle communications with external stakeholders, be they candidates, partners, vendors, or clients, with speed, clarity, and good judgment about what deserves attention.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to make recurring workflows faster, more accurate, and more scalable, and proactively suggest improvements when you spot them.
• Work side by side with a specific business unit, learning its rhythms, priorities, and stakeholders, and becoming the person the team relies on to keep everything moving.

• Competitive pay and access to company equity at a discount. Typically, we offer candidates with limited experience an annual salary of £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe. Those with highly relevant experience typically receive between £56,345 and £85,797 in London and between €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.
