Burberry is seeking a skilled Trim Developer to support the research, development and delivery of trims across ready-to-wear collections. You will play a vital part in translating creative vision into high-quality, commercially viable products.

Working collaboratively across Design, Product Development and Engineering, you will help bring innovation and craftsmanship to every detail, while maintaining strong partnerships with vendors and ensuring milestones, timelines and budget targets are met.

• Strong understanding of trim development and materials.
• Proven experience working with vendors and building partnerships.
• Confident managing multiple projects with creativity and cost awareness.
• Knowledge of fabrics, materials, garment construction and leather valued.
• Effective communicator able to influence cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, timelines and capabilities.
• Lead seasonal trim research and present new concepts aligned with design direction.
• Define and manage the trim development critical path with milestones and risk management.
• Oversee sourcing, ordering and delivery of trims meeting quality, cost and timing targets.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain PLM data accuracy and transparency throughout development.
