Burberry is seeking a skilled Trim Developer to support the research, development and delivery of trims across ready-to-wear collections. You will translate creative vision into high-quality, commercially viable products, ensuring trims are developed in line with design intent, timelines and budget.

Collaborating across Design, Product Development and Engineering, you will help bring innovation and craftsmanship to every detail, maintain PLM data, and manage multiple projects with vendors.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of trim development, materials and construction.
• Experience working with vendors and communicating clearly.
• Experience managing multiple projects with deadlines and budgets.
• Knowledge across fabrics, raw materials, garment construction and leather is valued.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with PLM systems and Excel.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain partnerships with vendors, understanding capabilities and delivery timelines.
• Lead seasonal trim research and present new concepts aligned with design direction.
• Define and manage the trim development critical path and milestones.
• Oversee sourcing, ordering and delivery of trims, ensuring quality and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Design, Product Development and Engineering to resolve technical challenges.
• Maintain PLM data and ensure accuracy across development stages.
