Burberry is seeking a skilled Trim Developer to support the research, development and delivery of trims across ready‑to‑wear collections. You will translate creative vision into high‑quality, commercially viable products, ensuring trims align with design intent, timelines and budget.

Collaborating with Design, Product Development and Engineering, you will drive innovation and craftsmanship in every detail while managing multiple projects and maintaining PLM data accuracy.

• Experience in trim development and materials/construction translation.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, developing a clear understanding of capabilities, capacity and delivery timelines.
• Lead seasonal trim research and present new concepts that align with design direction and brand standards.
• Define and manage the trim development critical path, ensuring milestones are met and risks are proactively addressed.
• Oversee the sourcing, ordering and delivery of trims, ensuring quality, cost and timing targets are achieved.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Design, Product Development and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and support product testing.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information within PLM systems, ensuring consistency and transparency throughout development.
