Job summary

Haier Europe seeks a Treasury and Risk Manager to lead a dedicated team and drive treasury activities across cash management, FX and commodity risk strategies. You will implement risk tools, oversee hedge accounting, and coordinate reporting with banks and auditors in a fast-changing environment.

In this role you will optimize short- and medium-term cash forecasting, support budgeting, and collaborate with regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required.
• 7-8 years of relevant treasury/risk experience.
• Experience with TMS (Piteco) and SAP preferred.
• Experience with Bloomberg tools and Excel-linked formulas.
• Experience with a risk management tool (Myrios) is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Italian and English; IT orientation and banking relations experience are valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team (2–4 people) for daily cash management.
• Oversee long-term FX and commodity risk strategy.
• Manage daily/monthly risk reporting, MTM, accounting, settlements, and hedge accounting including budgeting.
• Implement hedging strategies (forwards, options, collars).
• Lead risk management software implementation and daily usage.
• Support short/medium-term cash forecasting and subsidiary coordination.
• Coordinate internal and external auditors and regional accounting for treasury-related statements.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with financial institutions/banks.
• Negotiate short/medium-long term credit lines and drawdowns.
• Support cash flow forecasting and finance planning including FX/interest budgeting.
