Jefferson Wells Italia is seeking a Treasury Manager to lead the Group's treasury activities and optimize financial resources for growth. You will own cash management, funding, liquidity planning and financial risk monitoring across multiple legal entities.

The role collaborates with external consultants and local stakeholders on regulatory and tax matters, participates in corporate development projects, and supports the group’s financial strategy with accurate forecasting tools.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Tax & Treasury roles within international environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate treasury operations, oversee cash positioning and develop reliable short and medium-term liquidity forecasts.
• Track financial performance indicators, funding requirements and banking commitments.
• Produce cash flow analyses and forecasting tools to support business planning and decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement of treasury processes and financial reporting tools.
• Support financing activities and contribute to the definition of the Group's financial strategy.
• Work with external consultants and local stakeholders on regulatory and tax-related matters.
• Provide oversight on fiscal matters while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in acquisition, integration and corporate development projects when required.

TREASURY MANAGER

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Group's financial resources and treasury activities in support of business growth and operational efficiency.

The position focuses on cash management, funding, liquidity planning and financial risk monitoring across multiple legal entities.
