Responsibilities

• Support Audit, Reconciliation, and Data Analysis Activities: Extract, validate, consolidate data to support audit and reconciliation processes.
• Assist in analysis to identify discrepancies and help investigations; maintain reconciliation trackers and status reports.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation related to treasury operations, audits and projects.
• Support Treasury Operations and Bank Account Management: assist in bank account signatory changes and related activities in the service platform (EasyVista).
• Prepare, circulate, track, and file documentation for bank accounts; monitor outstanding actions.
• Maintain records in line with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Support Stakeholder Coordination: liaise with field office finance personnel and internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and share treasury information.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, forms, and templates; support project documentation.
• Support Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement: help maintain treasury systems and databases; assist in efficiency improvements.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on treasury-related activities and projects.
