OMODA Motors in Italy seeks a proactive Treasury & Financing Specialist to support daily treasury operations, bank financing activities, cash flow planning, accounts receivable management and sales finance processes. The role collaborates with the Finance Controller, banks, sales teams and internal departments to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in a fast-paced automotive environment.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and resilient Treasury & Financing Specialist to support the company’s daily treasury operations, bank financing activities, cash flow planning, accounts receivable management and sales finance processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Controller, commercial banks, sales teams and other internal departments. This position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced automotive business environment.

Key Responsibilities：

• Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, payments, collections, and liquidity monitoring.
• Manage bank accounts, treasury records, and banking administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in managing relationships with banks and supporting financing, credit facility, and loan-related activities.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, financing reports, and documentation required by financial institutions.
• Monitor credit facilities, financing costs, banking conditions, and related obligations.
• Manage accounts receivable reconciliations, monitor overdue balances, and support collection activities.
• Support dealer credit exposure monitoring, payment performance tracking, and risk management.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and provide financial support for sales transactions, contract reviews, and payment issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, Audit, Sales Finance, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of cash management, financing, accounts receivable, invoicing, and financial controls.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage financial data accurately and identify risks or discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a high level of integrity, ownership, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

RAL from 32.000 EUR Gross based on the experience skills, and qualications of the selected candidate.
