OMODA Motors is seeking a proactive Treasury & Financing Specialist for its Italian operations. The role covers daily treasury operations, bank financing activities, cash flow planning, and AR/invoicing support within a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will collaborate with the Finance Controller, banks, and sales teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliant processes. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a degree in finance or related field and 2+ years of relevant

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking, Audit, Sales Finance, or similar.
• Strong understanding of cash management, financing, AR, invoicing, and financial controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and resilient Treasury & Financing Specialist to support the company’s daily treasury operations, bank financing activities, cash flow planning, accounts receivable management and sales finance processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Finance Controller, commercial banks, sales teams and other internal departments. This position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced automotive business environment.

Key Responsibilities：

• Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, payments, collections, and liquidity monitoring.
• Manage bank accounts, treasury records, and banking administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in managing relationships with banks and supporting financing, credit facility, and loan-related activities.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts, financing reports, and documentation required by financial institutions.

Required Qualifications:

RAL from 32.000 EUR Gross based on the experience skills, and qualications of the selected candidate.
