Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, stock levels and market trends to optimise performance and improve sell-through.
• Prepare and elaborate weekly sales and stock performance analyses.
• Train and support the store network on product knowledge, brand storytelling and merchandising priorities.
• Collaborate with collection, retail buying, visual merchandising and planning teams.
• Collect and structure feedback from stores, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future collections.
• Leverage CRM insights and client data to optimise product performance and maximise key business moments.
