The role serves as the operational point of contact between the Training Manager, instructors, students, and corporate support, requiring a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of coordination experience, plus fluent English and strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, administrative, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in operational coordination, training administration, or project support roles.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and international teams.

Mansioni

• Coordinate onboarding, logistics, and training activities at the Training Center.
• Serve as operational liaison between Training Manager, instructors, students, and corporate support.
• Maintain training systems (AGU, SharePoint, and related tools).
• Support instructors and students during training activities.
• Monitor prerequisites, activity completion, and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, EHS, Travel Support.
• Organize Training Center visits, workshops, audits, and events.
