Shiseido is offering a 6-month paid Internship in Milan within the Italy US Brands division. The TRADE MARKETING INTERN US BRANDS will support brands NARS, Drunk Elephant and Dr Dennis Gross and gain hands-on experience in product marketing.

You will work under the Trade Marketing Manager, develop promotional materials, support in-store materials and e-retail animations, and participate in ROI analysis and campaign reporting.

• Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Business Admin, Economics (in progress acceptable).
• Excellent analytical and computer skills; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

pShiseido, a worldwide Beauty Company leader in the cosmetic industry with a great variety of prestigious brands in its portfolio, is happy to announce a new 6 months paid INTERNSHIP opportunity within the Italy US Brands division, located in Milan.
We are currently looking for a TRADE MARKETING INTERN US BRANDS, a junior marketing profile who will be working for the brands NARS, Drunk Elephant and Dr Dennis Gross.

MISSION:

This internship is aimed at developing skills and abilities related to Trade Marketing and, more generally, to Product Marketing. Furthermore, it focuses on data analysis and would like to foster a professionalism based on organizational skills, priority management and teamwork.

MAIN TASKS:

The ideal candidate will work in the operational marketing department within the italian affiliate, closely reporting to US Brands Trade Marketing Manager (Tutor).
Activities:

• support in the development and disposal of promotional materials;
• implementation of trade marketing plan related to the different customers (availability and display of materials, communication to customers, details sharing with the sales force, monitoring of activities);
• development of animations for the e-retail channel;
• follow-up of trade marketing activities by collecting visual outputs and photographic dossier;
• competitor analysis and support in the development of the best point of sale strategy;
• monitoring of customer sell-out results and internal sharing with team and management;
• SAP use for purchase orders;
• development of presentations for customer visits;
• organization support and follow-up of results and ROI related to special events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree or Master acquired or in progress in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Excellent analytical and computer skills (Microsoft Office, in particular proficiency in Excel, good command of PowerPoint)
• Entrepreneurship and digital mindset with desire to learn and to carry out projects with challenging goals and agility
• Proactivity, problem solving, precision, attention to detail
• Dynamic and flexible person, with good time management and stress management skills
• Positive attitude and teamworking
• Enthusiasm in the beauty and luxury world, specifically related to make up sector
• Knowledge of SAP would be a "nice to have"
• Business English skills
• At least another trainee experience in a FMCG company and/or in the Beauty Luxury industry would be a plus
