NHOA Energy is seeking a proactive Trade Finance Specialist to join our Treasury team in Milan. You will manage bonds, guarantees, and treasury activities supporting our energy storage projects worldwide, reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, English fluency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model offered.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in trade finance or treasury roles.
• Good knowledge of bonds, bank guarantees, and contractual financial securities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Join NHOA Energy and help support the financial backbone of large-scale energy projects.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Trade Finance Specialist to join our Treasury team. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing guarantees, banking relationships, and treasury activities that support NHOA’s growing portfolio of energy storage projects worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Support the negotiation and contractualization of bonds and guarantee packages related to our projects (Performance Bonds, Advance Payment Bonds, Warranty Bonds, etc.)
• Manage the end-to-end securities issuance process, coordinating banks, financial institutions, and client requests while ensuring contractual deadlines are met
• Monitor credit line utilization and forecasts to support the company’s growing project portfolio
• Support the execution of guarantees, bonds, and FX hedging activities in collaboration with the CFO and Treasury team
• Liaise with banking partners and financial institutions on treasury-related matters
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting, treasury planning, and reporting activities
• Support the analysis, planning, and implementation of corporate banking and capital market transactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial solutions effectively support project delivery and business growth

What we’re looking for

Location: Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
