Hitachi Rail STS S.P.A. in Naples, Italy seeks a Power Supply and Traction Power Engineer. The role focuses on interfacing PS & TP with main subsystems, ensuring delivery within quality, cost and timing constraints, and coordinating site tests with the commissioning manager.

Requirements include 3-5 years in power supply/traction power, a technical degree, and proficiency in English and Italian. Salary ranges from €36,000 to €46,000 annual gross depending on experience.

Mansioni

Identify and resolve the PS & TP interfaces with main subsystems (e.g. Signalling, CW, Auxiliary systems).
Guarantee system delivery per engineering guidelines, quality standards, timing and cost constraints.
Coordinate with the Commissioning Manager to plan tests on site.
Perform Verification activities on Power Supply & Traction Power documents per the V&V Plan.
Test and issue test reports; raise non-conformances and drive remedy actions.
Share knowledge related to PS & TP best practices and lessons learned.
