Edwards Lifesciences Italy seeks a Senior Clinical Education Specialist to develop and deliver education programs for THV devices, coordinate training with physicians and hospital staff, and ensure ongoing clinical support across trials and post-market activities.

You will work closely with cardiologists and internal teams, travel up to 80% within Italy and the EU, and contribute to ongoing education, product expertise, and patient outcomes in a dynamic cardiovascular environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in related field with clinical/technical training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with internal and external physician partners.
• Demonstrated ability to meet customer/patient expectations.
• Ability to understand complex medical cases and resolve issues.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated with ethical, professional behavior.
• Adaptable to fast-paced Cath lab/OR environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and willing to learn new software.
• Experience operating echocardiographic equipment and analyzing images.

Responsabilidades

• Develop clinical education materials for clinical investigations.
• Provide expertise on device, procedure, and protocol throughout trials.
• Certify centers, physicians, and staff per SOPs.
• Interact with KOLs and proctors.
• Educate on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and improve training curricula and tools.
• Handle business intelligence activities.
• Conduct one-on-one or in-service training for physicians and staff.
• Provide follow-up support during commercial procedures.
• Plan and implement growth strategies with accounts and Sales.
• Upsell in key strategic accounts with Sales Management.
• Validate software/hardware updates in the field.
• Learn product physiology, anatomy, and market language.
• Monitor clinical support activities and competitive activity.
• Perform other incidental duties.
