Infineon Technologies AG in Padova invites students in their final year to join an internship focused on evaluating commercial EDA tools for analog/mixed-signal IC design. You'll assess tool performance, accuracy, and impact on engineering effort and project timelines.

You will gain hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and AI-driven design approaches, collaborate with the Analog Design team, and develop practical skills for automotive IC development. Fluent English is required.

Competenze

• Education: Final-year Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or related field.
• Knowhow: Basic analog/mixed-signal IC design understanding and circuit simulation knowledge.
• EDA Tools: Familiarity with EDA tools; Cadence Virtuoso is a plus; interest in AI/ML approaches.

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Currently pursuing your last year of B achelor ’ s in E lectrical / Electronic E ngineering ; Microelectronics , or a related field Knowhow: Have basic understanding of analog and/or mixed-signal integrated circuit design; Knowledge of circuit simulation E DA Tools: Familiarity with EDA tools; experience with Cadence Virtuoso is a plus AI/ML Interest : Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken
