Infineon Technologies invites students in their final year of electrical/electronic engineering to contribute to EDA tools evaluation and automotive IC development. You will work with industry tools and AI-driven design approaches, gaining hands-on practice in a cutting-edge environment.

You will collaborate with the Analog Design team, share methodologies, and grow through real projects and impactful results at Infineon.

Competenze

• Last year of Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of analog/mixed-signal IC design and circuit simulation.
• Familiarity with EDA tools; Cadence Virtuoso is a plus.
• Interest in AI/ML and related algorithms.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• EDA Tools Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of commercial EDA tools designed for circuit optimization, assessing their accuracy and efficiency in reducing the time required to finalize automotive integrated circuit blocks
• Development: Gain hands-on experience in automotive IC development, industry-leading EDA tools, and emerging AI-driven design methodologies
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Analog Design team to share methodologies, insights, and results

Your profile

• Education: Currently pursuing your last year of Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; Microelectronics, or a related field
• Knowhow: Have basic understanding of analog and/or mixed-signal integrated circuit design; Knowledge of circuit simulation
• EDA Tools: Familiarity with EDA tools; experience with Cadence Virtuoso is a plus
• AI/ML Interest:Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms
• Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory), written and spoken
